About Us

We set each harp up to sing. The board, the stringing and the levers all matter. We build, set up and advise on what suits the instrument and the player, honestly and without fuss.

We enjoy set-up and restoration most of all. Bringing a tired old harp back to an even, singing voice is the best work there is.

We work by hand and by ear. Making the soundboard and neck, stringing and setting the tension, fitting and adjusting the levers, step by step, listening. It is exacting, patient work, and that is where the difference lies.
